EARLY MORNING MAT

If  you wake up stiff and creaky, and need to prepare your body for the day ahead, this early morning mat class is just what you need. This stretchy, slow workout will still fire up your core while releasing tension all over and you’ll be ready to kick start your day.

PRE AND POST NATAL MAT

This class is perfect for both pre and post natal. The class will allow you to restore balance and alignment to the muscles that support your spine. With a focus of strengthening your core without bending your spine and even though all of the movements are small, you will still feel the challenge throughout your entire body

BEGINNERS MAT

If you are new to Pilates or  just getting back into you practice this class is perfect for you. It will help you build a strong foundation and is tailored to someone with a healthy body. We start with off with the fundamentals that will teach you about the subtle details used in many different movements and then move on to more traditional beginners exercises.

INTERMEDIATE MAT

If you want to up your Pilates practice and add a flow to your practice, join this traditional Intermediate Mat. This is an energetic class, moving from one exercise to the next with smooth transitions, so by the end of the class, you will feel strong, energised and connected to your powerhouse.

REFORMER ON THE MAT

If you love the intensity of the Reformer and want a complete workout , you will love this mat class. Get ready to challenge your entire body like never before, without the help of the springs, so you will need to work to find the control in your own body. This is a really fun workout that adds a creative twist to the work and gives you something new to think about. By the end of the class you will find every single part of your body has been worked.

RESTORATIVE PILATES

This mat class is great to do anytime you need to release in your body and relieve stress. This mat class leads you through a restorative series that makes relaxing and letting go of your day easy. By the end of the class you will feel more relaxed, a release in your spine and more open and stretched out.
